In Kombination mit einem OSS oder \u00dcberwachungssystem k\u00f6nnen Sie auch Fehler im aktiven Netzteil erfassen und analysieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Grundlage bildet das dokumentierte physische Netz mit allen Verbindungen, Diensten und Kunden. Erg\u00e4nzt um Informationen zu geleasten Leitungen, lassen sich physische Verbindungen l\u00fcckenlos End-to-End nachverfolgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Geplante Ausf\u00e4lle verwalten \u2013 f\u00fcr maximale Verf\u00fcgbarkeit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Netzarbeiten wie Neukonfigurationen, Upgrades oder Komponententausch k\u00f6nnen zu Leistungseinbu\u00dfen f\u00fchren. dpCom analysiert die Auswirkungen geplanter \u00c4nderungen und zeigt betroffene Dienste, SLA-Klassen und Risikostufen an.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Freigabe der Arbeiten definieren Sie geplante Ausf\u00e4lle mit Start- und Wiederherstellungszeit und erstellen automatisch Kommunikationspl\u00e4ne. \u00dcber E-Mail, SMS oder Brief werden betroffene Kunden mit Hilfe von Vorlagen informiert \u2013 von der Ank\u00fcndigung \u00fcber Statusmeldungen bis zur Wiederherstellung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fehlererkennung und -behebung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fehleranalysen in dpCom basieren auf vollst\u00e4ndigen Netzdaten. Durch den Vergleich betroffener Dienste erkennt das System Muster, etwa \u201e15 von 16 Diensten sind in einem bestimmten Kabel betroffen\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>OTDR-Messungen helfen, Glasfaserschnitte pr\u00e4zise zu lokalisieren. dpCom berechnet die exakte Position, ber\u00fccksichtigt Kabelschlingen und zeigt den Ort geografisch an \u2013 so wissen Au\u00dfendienstteams sofort, wo sie eingreifen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Informationen zu betroffenen Kunden, Diensten, SLAs und Risiken unterst\u00fctzen das NOC bei der Priorisierung.
