Digpro continues to support utility networks and business processes for the most vital parts of society: fiber and telecom, power, heating, gas and water. In Release 10.0, as well as improvements in a host of functionalities and the user interface, there is a strong focus on customer feedback.
A release reflecting customer feedback, security and performance
Release 10.0 includes uncountable improvements, small as well as extensive based on customer feedback. Security, always an important matter, has also been further improved, with attention spent on login procedures and password routines. Magnus Sjökvist, Head of Product Management at Digpro, says that it has been great to catch up on what the customers need: “In Release 9.8, we introduced two new modules, which have been successfully implemented by many of our customers. This time, we have looked a lot at performance. We have really taken the time to evaluate valuable feedback, to understand what is important for the everyday working life of our customers. Hence, we have improved our products and modules, by adding and improving features, functions, and tools.”
Digpro Process Automation for example, has added capabilities, with focus on workflows and automation. This provides appreciated ways to digitalize the business processes of Digpro’s products. Many other products and modules are also further developed. Last release included two new modules for support during outages, both which provide end-customers with information during planned as well as unplanned outages. These modules, which keep everyone affected by an outage up-to-date with relevant information, are now further developed. To enhance the overall user experience, the popular function Favorites has added capabilities, where creating and sharing lists with other users is possible. The module Analyzer also has an improved user interface.
