We make smart technologies for more sustainable societies

Digpro’s technology is a critical part of modern society’s backbone: utility supply. Every day, Digpro’s products help to serve the public by making network information visible, accessible and workable. We are the people behind these products. We are the key to Digpro’s success. Come and join us!

The Digpro culture and spirit

We’re an established tech company with a startup spirit. What does this mean? Well, we have a lot in common with tech startups: we love complex programming, we play ping-pong during breaks, and we all help shape our company culture as it evolves. But we also offer something extra you don’t always find at startups – stability. Our processes are in place, experienced colleagues are at hand when you need advice, and we all appreciate a good traditional Swedish “fika”.

We also believe in diversity in its various forms.

  • We strive for gender equality, and many talented women already work at Digpro. In fact, 44% of our managers are female.
  • From student workers to parents to soon-to-be retirees, you’ll find people of all ages working at Digpro.
  • And in the corridors, more and more you hear languages other than Swedish. English is our official business language.
  • Last but not least, we have a strong supportive culture. We help each other because we genuinely want everybody to succeed. We call it the Digpro Spirit.
