Överkalix municipality has chosen to implement dpCom to gain a complete overview of their fibernetwork, this via their cooperation with IT Norrbotten. Överkalix municipality, which is geographically situated in the middle of Norrbotten and has an area of 2792 square meters, is one of the municipalities furthest north in Sweden. With vast areas of productive pine forest, digital connectivity is vital for the residents. Överkalix municipality provides a host of digital services. The digital abilities bring people closer, despite the far geographical distances.
